Illegal activity

Prohibited content and behavior

You may not post, upload, share, send, promote, request, or otherwise engage in content or behavior that includes any of the following:

  • Sexually explicit content, including pornography, explicit nudity, graphic sexual content, or sexually explicit profile content.
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse, including any content, grooming behavior, exploitation, solicitation, or material involving minors.
  • Sexual violence or coercion, including threats, assault, forced sexual conduct, or any attempt to pressure someone into sexual activity.
  • Non-consensual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery, threats to share intimate content, cyberflashing, or sexualized content sent without consent.
  • Human trafficking or sex trafficking, including facilitation, promotion, recruitment, escorting tied to coercion, or exploitation of vulnerable persons.
  • Scam or fraud activity, including romance scams, fake identities, impersonation, catfishing, requests for money under false pretenses, or any activity intended to defraud users.
  • Harassment, hate, abuse, or threats, including bullying, discriminatory language, intimidation, or content targeting a person or group based on protected characteristics.
  • Violent or dangerous content, including threats of harm, glorification of violence, or incitement to violence.
  • Spam, solicitation, or deceptive promotion, including mass messaging, misleading links, or using the platform for unauthorized advertising.
  • False or misleading identity information, including impersonation, fake profiles, or use of someone else's photo or likeness without permission.

Safety and consent

Users must respect boundaries, consent, and personal safety at all times. Do not send sexual content, explicit comments, or intimate requests unless they are clearly wanted and welcomed. Do not pressure, manipulate, threaten, or exploit another user.

Financial abuse and scams

You may not use DatingWaitlists to manipulate, pressure, or deceive other users into sending money, financial support, gifts, account credentials, or personal information. Romance scams and fraud targeting end users are prohibited.

Account integrity

You may not:

  • create fake or misleading accounts,
  • use another person's identity,
  • attempt to bypass moderation or enforcement,
  • interfere with the platform's operation,
  • scrape, crawl, or automate access without permission,
  • attempt to access another user's account or private information without authorization.

Reporting and enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. If we believe a user has violated this Policy, we may take action including:

  • removing content,
  • warning the user,
  • restricting account features,
  • suspending or terminating the account,
  • reporting conduct to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate.

Cooperation with law enforcement

We reserve the right to preserve, review, and disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or respond to illegal conduct, including exploitation, trafficking, and threats of violence.
